Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (IMG) operates a text message (SMS/MMS) communication program to provide individuals and their families with information about addiction treatment, mental health services, and substance use disorder resources. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from IMG at the mobile number you provide.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from IMG by: (1) submitting your mobile phone number through a web form on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox; or (2) providing consent through our Meta chat integration when available.

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from IMG. Your consent is not a condition of receiving any services.

Once enrolled, you may receive text messages related to: treatment placement assistance and referrals; insurance verification updates; appointment reminders and follow-up communications; mental health and substance use disorder resources; and general program information from IMG placement specialists.

You may receive up to 30 messages per month. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with IMG and the nature of your inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for sending and receiving text messages. IMG does not charge a fee for participation in this SMS program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from IMG at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

This SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable FCC regulations. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number in this program.

IMG does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to facilitate treatment placement services and related communications.

Any health-related information shared via SMS is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal health information via text message; our specialists will guide you to secure channels when necessary.
